Talking bout Kuantan

Hello loved ones.

I've abandoned my blog for days!!

I'm so sorry but I've been in Kuantan the past few days.

Kuantan is a place where my family and I go EVERY YEAR to celebrate Christmas.

Eversince I was a baby.

This year was like usual, I couldn't be bothered to bring my camera along because its always the same thing.

The beach, the food, the laziness.

Basicly, what we did there was.

NOTHING MUCH.

Eat . Sleep. BBQ. Going to the beach. Night outings to the mall. Trips to the beach. Eat again.

Like seriously!

Its suppose to be relaxing but how can one live in a kampung with no internet and proper television?

(I hope I din't offend anyone since anyone who reads this obviously has internet heheeehee)

I just can't do it for more than a week..

Maybe when I retire.. hehe.

I'll post pics from my uncle's or cousin's camera if I do see any nice ones.

Hehe.

Sorry to that guy who waited for me to come back but I couldn't make it!

Min's steamboat party

Its Christmas eve people!

I hope everyone is having a goooood time.

My friends and I celebrated Christmas eve yesterday @ Wen Min's house!

She invited all of us to have steamboat.

Oo, before I start blogging about it, I just want to say that I should really start taking care of my skin/body more and start applying lotion after decades of not applying. (I know, what kinda girl am I right? lol)

I need to be vain.

It can be my new year resolution =D

We went out for drinks and desserts and PAPARICH.

Empty like nuts. Or isit cos' its in the middle of the night?

Paparich was still crowded like mad we had no place to sit!

We ended up sitting at the street with tables joined lol.

Damn, oily face and after cooking that tom yam .

Lol.

I'll be in Kuantan for 5 days starting tomorrow.

No internet whatsoever unless I'm real lucky.

Kindergarten concert!

I love kindergarten very much.

It was one of the funnest parts of my life!

Is it weird that I still remember how my kindergarten life was?

Most of my friends forgotten theirs.

 I still remember some of my friend's names at that time.

Well only the one's that were close to me , of course.

Some-more I only remember part of their names.

Its either their first name or last name.

I forgot their surnames.

I wonder how am I suppose to track them back after all these years?

I do have a TAPE of my concert though..

Yes its like really TAPE tape..

Back then , vcds and dvds weren't popular I guess.

I wanted to watch that tape one day, but then the VCR player wasn't connected to the TV.
(I guess cos' family and I don't watch tapes anymore)

The cables were so confusing -.-

I decided to figure it out or ask for help when I have the mood again or so. lol.

The ones I bought were quite expensive.

RM4.40 for a tiny piece like this!

I forgot the name of the shop though.

I heard there are cheaper ones around KL that costs about RM2+ only.

Anyhow, 

These tiny little macaroons, they look soooo cuteeee.

Dilemma

I'm having dilemmas right now.

Whether anot to risk my time table.

Time table.

This timetable for my very last semester in college is extremely important!

I want to have a nice time table and it has to be without super long breaks, no more going back at 5pm and hopefully no college on fridays.

Must snatch slots and groupings with others to get that awesome timetable.

Not only ppl from my semester, but ppl from 3 semesters! *die*.

Also, in hope to be in the same class as Vanessa.

C'mon, my whole time in college, I don't have one same class with Vanessa!

Give us this one last chance!!!

If I go kuantan, where I will be living deep deep in the jungle, there is no internet.

If I want internet, I have to go all the way to Starbucks at exactly 9am on the 29th to start the timetable war.

Once the slot is 0 , I'm doomed.

I had this problem before, I wanted to change my english class so badly but the college wouldn't let me do it.

Because of that class, I have a 4.5 hour break or 3 hour break between classes.

Its hell. I'm sometimes at the corridor alone.

What a waste of time. I rather finish early and go home.

My uncle told me he could work something out in kuantan. So I'm crossing my fingers and hopefully I get the internet.
I'll also ask my friends to help.

Sigh.

Pleassseeeeeee God, give me a happy college life, something to remember and tell my future kids about.

I was not at all happy last semester.

ONE MORE THING,

I just came back from grandma's.

Guess what? for the first time in my life, I've knocked someone else's car.

With my mom's car.

Omg the embarrassment.

I'm probably not gonna drive my mum's car anymore

It rained heavily and left droplets at the back, and I couldn't see a thing when I was reversing in a housing area.

*thud*

This is why we all need back wipers k?

The scariest part was, my aunt was also beside me.

I think the problem is just a minor one.

Omg, I feel like the dumbest kid ever.

Lifeless

I have been lifeless for the past few days .

Stayed at home and rot !

Of course to fill up my time, I watched some dvds like..

My fair lady!

A super old movie .. This movie takes about 3 hours!

Omg..

I remember watching it when I was just a small kid and din't know who Audrey Hepburn was..

Now I know..

I've heard her name recently all over in the internet =)

so gorgeous.

rewatched this for the 100th time!

Used to watch this again and again when I was younger also.

I wonder how Mary-kate and Ashley are doing right now =D

Super cute twins.

And then there's SHREK!

This is the last chapter which is Shrek 4!

Shrek never fails to entertain me .

Overall a good movie again.

Before I continue to my lifeless mode,

I can't wait for the christmas and birthday parties that are coming soon!

Choco brown

The sun if finally up! I can finally see the true colour of my hair now..

I dyed it chocolate brown so its kinda dark..

I think it will be lighter in a few days..

So here goes..

Sunway Lagoon!

GUESS WHAT?

I cut my hair + treatment today!

And then...........

I decided to dye it.

Dark chocolate =D

The colour isn't that obvious now but I hope I can see it clearly tomorrow.

This is the only pic where you can see my hair is a tad brown..

Ok enough about my hair, I'm quite satisfied with the results - Can't wait to see how it is tomorrow!

HERE's about the trip to Sunway Lagoon!

That famous duck and all 10 of us!!

Darren was still on his way .

I had no make up at all that day.. My skin was so .. dry.

I also think I look like a kid with my cap and stuff.

I had that cap when I was like 13.

And this is actually the first time I'm using it.

LOL.

Sunway Lagoon is definitely sunny - but my aunts and friends still say I look the same and din't get tan at all.

=O

After buying the tickets , ITS TIME TO PLAY WITH THE WATER AND GET WET YO!

We first lined up to play the thing where you sit in a float and SLIDE down!
The one you see in tv all the time!

Super fun!!

HAHAHA

AND OF COURSE, we got wet like mad!

ALOT alot of water games after that.. One was like a boat ride which is roller coaster version and I cut my lip when we slided down so fast.

Of course, all of us shouted on our way down that slide!

After all the crazy crazy games , we decided to go dry.

We played the TOMAHAWK! 

 Omg this is awesome. It spins you 360 degrees and at one point, they stop when you are UPSIDE DOWN for quite some time and then they turn you again!

I can feel my tummy and brain upside down.

THIS IS FREAKIN SCARY AND COOL MAN!!!!

MUST PLAY.

LOL.

 Not recommended for people with heart problems though.

The tickets for the lagoon ain't cheap.

Its RM60 for only three types of parks.

I think its cheaper to play in Genting (plus the variety of games they have there).

Since wildlife park was included for us ..

So we decided to explore!

I guess these are hornbirds?

Well it looks like hornbirds. 

They're so freakin cute, they feed each other their food!

So sweet ...

OOH so sunny luckily I got my hat .

We spend about 5-6 hours playing all the games and rides.

It was fun ! but I seriously prefer Genting .

Genting has cooler air too. 

Showered (I hate this cause we shared a toilet with so many people!!!!!!!)

EEW. of course not naked lah.

Joyee was beside me and we had to share shampoo, soap and conditioner.

SO SAD. 

Like some military thing.

But overall, it was fun

THE best part for me!

STEAMBOAT DINNER @ TASTY POT.

This place is great, because it is a buffet steamboat.

This means for a fixed price we get to eat as much as we want to !

They even provide crab , big ass clams and yummy chicken!

We had four types of soup!

Awesome ..

The tasty chicken!!

 And the big clam !

The steamboat was great and worth it..

I've got a lil sunburn on my face but I know its gonna happen anyway.

Its all good and fun!
Love the shouts and screams and the adrenaline rush!
