A VERY LONG POST AHEAD FULL OF PICS.
I'm finally blogging about my perhentian trip with the girls!
5 of us btw.
It was a 3 day and 2 night stay.
We went last thursday by plane.
In the airport .
Sha sha!
This is my first time boarding an Airasia plane and the difference with Malaysia Airlines is quite big.
Though its fine to take Airasia if its a fast ride =D
It took 50 minutes to reach
We landed at Kelantan and then sat on a van for one hour to reach Terengganu.
When we finally reached, we had to sit on a speed boat to go to our chalet :D
It took another 30 minutes.
BUT THE VIEW WAS AWESOME.
I've never seen such clear blue water in Malaysia before! I din't even know it existed here. Lol.
Blown away :)
Finally, we've made it to our chalet at a lil island.
SHA SHA KEPT MAKING US LAUGH GEEZ!
Ready to check in?
Our chalet was not bad; we had a great view of the beach and the distance to the beach was just a few steps away. It was so worth it.
I shared the same room with this 2 people btw.
Sha sha and Joyee.
TIME TO GO TO THE BEACH!
I cannot wait to touch the clear blue water.

We spent alot of time in the water and then its time to get ready for dinner.

The restaurant was also only steps away and it still has a SUPERB view.
It takes my breath away..

The souvenir shop where they bought beers and water to drink .
You can actually see thousands of pretty stars in the sky.
Only Sha sha and I did not drink , because we din't felt like it. We just enjoyed the scenery :D

That wraps up the first day!
The next day was of course SNORKELING time!!!
And we had two sessions ; one in the morning and one in the afternoon because we missed a session the day before.
It was TIRING but I'm satisfied.
owhhh , we had to wake up around 7:30am for this omg.

Omg, the water below was so clear I was amazed by the fishes I saw!
Clown fishes and many more types of fishes and corals and I even swam down to touch the corals!
That was just our first stop btw. There's more to come.
This next stop island is amazing! They have bigger corals and we were really deep in the sea this time.
It was so colourful below there and it had sea cucumbers in it lol.
you can actually see the salt of the water.
Thats me , lol.
We went much deeper, and saw really amazing stuff below.
Everyone loved the second stop; it was beautiful!
After hours of snorkeling, guess who drove the boat back?
HAHAHAHA.
It is aye! For I shall lead you back home.
Was drained after the snorkeling experience but we had no time to rest because round 2 of snorkeling is coming up!
This time, it was with a French couple !
I was surprised that so many French tourists was with us in Terengganu.
Not only that, there were Europeans, Brazilians, and of course the French.
Mostly ang mohs!
I even questioned a Brazilian guy
"How'd you find this small island in Malaysia?"
He answered
"But of course, I have the internet and this is PARADISE island."

(the guy was busy playing with water I guess lol)
In the first round of this session, we went and see BIGGER corals but I din't really enjoyed it because there were so many people there with us making noise and I just couldn't enjoy myself.
Its like swim swim swim OOPS sorry I've knocked you yada yada.
And then....
THE LAST ROUND of snorkeling was OMG.
THEY HAD FCKING SHARKS IN IT!!!
See, I'm always scared to go into deep water (especially the sea) because I'm terrified of sharks.
I've heard alot of people telling me
"Aiya Malaysia no sharks one don't worry"
=.=
..but I still din't care and continued to fear the sea.
When the Pak Cik told us he is bringing us to see SHARKS, I was like WTF.
I'm scared la. Even if they don't bite. They just ARE scary like that.
Anyway I went in anyway, at first I saw a baby shark and was thinking in my head that its gonna be fine.
And then suddenly a big ass shark was swimming across me.
I WAS LIKE WTF OH SHIT!!!!
I straight away swim back to the boat man.
The once excited French girl who wanted to see the sharks so badly eventually came back to the boat with me too because she saw the shark ate a small fish and was terrified after that.
Lol.
But you know what? I'm glad I've experienced this and was that close to sharks.
Swimming the same sea.
The shark could have just swam to me and sniff or something lol, yikes.
After all that experience, we finally went back to the hotel again!
With Sha sha around, you never get bored.
Stuff that happens in our room. (DAILY)
We have 2 queen sized beds in our room but we SOMEHOW we three will all cramp into ONE bed and sleep together.
Lol.
It was fun and stupid being roommates with them. We're the crazy bunch mannn.
